    Can someone help me out in creating a sequential list of numbers with a prefix and a suffix.

    The mail list of numbers would range from +92300 0000000 to +92300 9999999
    or
    +923 00 0000000 to +923 99 9999999

    Now, also if i need to add a suffix or a prefix before or after the numbers produced and have the on a csv?

    any one Please?

    How to generate a random number in a given range in C.

    Examples:

    Input : Lower = 50,
    Upper = 100,
    Count of random Number = 5
    Output : 91 34 21 88 29
    Explanation: lower is the lower limit of the
    range and upper is the upper limit of the range.
    The output contains 5 random numbers in the given range.
