So I'm going to be getting rid of my old PC that I've had for 6 years, will be giving it to my nephew for his 14th Birthday for him to do his studies and school work on (basic stuff), so I'll be needing myself a new one. Looking for something obviously better than what I will be getting rid of, looking to spend around £650. This is what I currently have, there is a SSD drive in there and also an external HD but I will be taking then both:

The cheaper CCL PC will be enough for your needs, provided you do mean only light gaming.

Have you considered building one yourself ? You could save a fair amount of money if you did.

The only gaming I do on my PC at the moment is I play games off Steam, mainly Wreckfest and games made before that, and emulators like MAME and Project64.
I have considered building one but I know I wouldn't be very good with doing it despite everything on YouTube, easier for me to get someone else to build one.

I'm not a gamer so I don't know what hardware those games require, if they are considered to be 'light' then you should be ok.

Well I can run them fine on my current PC, so if the new one has better parts than the old one makes sense they should still work.
