getting this windows warning microsoft pop-up

    i get this windows microsoft warning pop-up even when im not connected to the internet. the backround is blue and it tells me to follow these instructions the remove spyware. and when i turn my computer on a backround on my computer always replaces the original one. its black and i go to right click-properties-desktop-customize desktop-web-and uncheck the web box, and so on and it goes away. but a few minutes later the thing comes back up again. I have adware se updated and spybot s&d updated and fixed all the problems. heres a hijack log if it helps. please help me solve this annoying problem. oh and i always get this DSOexploit on spybot s&d all the time

    i did the removal tool but it said at the end that it did not find any gaobot thing

    d/l the nod32 trial and scan your entire pc - it's trial software but it will work long enough to get whatever off your system - let me know what happens after-----
    also rerun hijackthis and put a check next to this:
