Hi,
I have AVG virus software along with Ad aware,Spybot and Spywareblaster that was recomended here.
Recently I have been getting a trojan horse backdoor.agent.2.h message and to remove it run AVG. I ran AGV it found 3 viruses I removed them but still get the virus messages.
Any help would be great, thanks...

Try running AVG in Safe Mode. And if you have XP or WinME, disable system restore temporarily.

system restore: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPOR...5766df37140aed3b8825696500726d13?OpenDocument

How to start in safe mode: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001052409420406

If that doesn't help, tell us the exact path information and file name. And post a HijackThis scanlog as well:

Create a new, permanent folder for HijackThis and save the file to that. Run it and select "do a system scan and save the log file". Then copy/paste the contents of the log to a reply

Direct HijackThis download link: http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/HijackThis.exe

I tried going into safe mode on win-xp, but was unable to run AVG, (nothing would happen when I tried running it)
I am getting this virus message:

"AVG resident shield, trojan horse dowloader.small.19.an c:\docume~1\DanSee~1\locals~1\temp\aawtmp\c155509875\d9cf3\1ed_s7_c_33.exe"

Again, any help would be great...thanks
