Ok,

The only thing I remember was that I went into "Control userpasswords2", and didn't change anything - Except saw this listed under accounts: Administrator, and my account. I unchecked the box for "Make users sign on". and clicked apply, then exited out and restarted, when windows started back up, I rechecked the box and restarted, this time, My account is still active, but is hidden from the Welcome screen, and under control panel, my account is instead of being an "administrator", it is a guest account, which has never been active.

My question is how to un-hide my account from the welcome screen and bring it back to administrator settings.

Never mind, system restore did the trick!
To unhide it next time and in future not hide it at all period.

Just run this little batch file I have created for you and logoff. Immedently Administrator will show up on the welcome screen
