Gigabyte terminology

    I bought it and built a computer, like several others before.
    Gigabyte uses a different terminology than the other
    mobo manufacturers that I know.
    Who, please, can explain what the following means:
    (these are the connections from the mobo to the front
    of the case)
    GN (Green Switch) Open: Normal Operation
    Close: Entering Green Mode

    RE (Reset Switch) Open: Normal Operation
    Close: Reset Hardware System

    P+P-P- (Power Led) Pin 1: LED anode (+)
    Pin 2: LED cathode (-)
    Pin 3: LED cathode (-)
