Glitch with Reinstalling Windows XP

    Is there a reason that before the "Product Key" screen, it shows a multi-language menu, and then a screen to enter the Name and Organization info.

    Because of this issue, it will not accept my genuine product key.

    Well if its a glitch sometimes just starting over is the best thing. it might be that the disk is dirty or at fault or the cd isnt being read right.on xp ive never seen a multilanguage menu show up.if worst comes to worse you can skip putting in the key if possible and then when its all installed go to where it shows the key to activate windows and put the key in then and go from there.if the product key and COA sticker is genuine it should activate with no problems.
