Once upon a time, I received emails/notifications from threads I'm watching or participating in from TSG in my Update folder, now all goes to Spam.
This began before this new computer....and at first was sporadic, some notifications came through, others did not, now it's all spam.
Looking at Google Help, I added Tech Support Guy to my contacts, but that didn't seem to do a darn thing.
It may be that it's because I registered with TSG with a charter.net email, and set up gmail to harvest from there, but even so, it used to work just fine, a few months past.
Perhaps there's a setting I'm missing?

How do you access Gmail? Do you use the web-base or do you import them to an email client and if so which one?

There should be a way to mark the emails as "not spam" either by right-clicking on it or putting a check mark in a box. I'm not sure as I haven't visited the web-base Gmail in a long time. Once you do that it should remember it for the new emails.

Thanks SpywareDr, that might work... I just don't get why notifications DID work before and now doesn't.

Thank Karen! Web based, I reckon. I access Gmail from my home page (Google) and have instructed it to import from my charter.net account.

Now, I have often gone to the spam folder and marked many emails there as "Not Spam" and all that seems to do is move the marked messages to the Inbox.
But new notifications to threads here still go to Spam.

I rarely visit the charter.net account, and when I do most have already been shuffled towards Gmail.

So i did update my email here as SpywareDr suggested...if some one would be so kind as reply, I should be able to see if that works...
Thanks!

Well that seems to have worked!
I knew it was simple, but was going at it the wrong way around!
Thank you!
