I wonder if anybody can solve this for me, please

I have about 1000 emails on my gmail account on my mobile.

I want to delete them all in one go.

Trouble is, I can't find any options to allow me to do that. Last thing I want to do is delete each email one by one.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Who is the email provider? Generally phones will set up as an IMAP account, which syncs up with the server and the emails are there, rather than your phone. You should have web access to it where you can mass delete.

Well looking at it, and aweful lot are from Facebook. I have unsubscribed from the notifications, but that doesn't help me to delete them from my mobile gmail account. My own ISP is set up independantly on my mobile.
I have deleted all gmails by goin gonto gmail on my PC, but that doesn't get rid of them on my mobile.

Then it sounds like you are set up as POP, which means you have to go through them all. Generally there should be a box/check mark where you can select multiple ones at the same time to delete. Is it the G-Mail app?

ok, there should be a grey box with a checkmark on the left. when you select that, it turns green. You have to select each one, but at least you can delete them in one go.

Great game against Chelsea btw :D

That doeswn't appear at all in 4.3 Android with Vodafone. You slide to delete.
