I have a personal gmail address with no domain attached which sends all my emails to spam. I have no signature or attachments which could make the emails look like marketing junk and know idea how to fix this?

For one thing, your email address has already been breached three times so it's out there and can and probably has been used for spam. Here's a link to a site to verify that:

https://haveibeenpwned.com/

Second, why are you sending emails to yourself and what is your connection to Flysafair?

I'd suggest replacing the screenshot with the email address blacked out but since it's already been compromised I guess that's not necessary.

Thank you - I'll check out the link. This was just an email I forwarded to a friend while she was with me so I used it to illustrate - no affiliation with Flysaa. Should have blacked out, thanks

Thanks for answering those questions.

How do you access your emails, through the web site or do you have them imported to an email client and if so, which one?

E-Mail systems mostly uses 3rd party spam filters (i.e. Cisco IronPort) to route spammy looking emails, and E-Mail Blacklists which will block E-Mails from other E-Mail services entirely. I didn't see the screenshot but is your e-mail account from a reputable system, like Microsoft, or G-Mail?

It's mentioned in the title James that it's GMail.

Click the gear icon.
Click on See All settings.
Click on Filters and Blocked Addresses.
Remove everything from Filters that says, Send to Spam.

Because your email address has been hacked, the people who get emails from you may have everything put into spam by their email provider.
The solution to this is to create a new gmail address and tell anyone who is getting email from you marked as spam that you will be using a new email address. {b]Don't use the same password[/b] on the new account! Make sure the password is long, not a dictionary word and contains letters (upper and lower case), numbers and a special symbol or two.

Not enough coffee today... sorry.

So to confirm, all your emails that you send out are going to the spam folder of your recipient's junk folder? and if so, are they also on a common email service?
