Solved gmail

    just lost all my g-mail saved files
    how do i get them back????
    using windows 10 and IE 11


    HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    If you aren't using an email program on your Windows 10 computer, the only way to lose you emails would be if you sent them all to the trash the emptied the trash folder.
    gmail emails are stored on google's servers, not your computer.

    bought recuva.................and unable to recover my gmail messages
    how do i get to google servers to see if the messages are there
