Lets say I do a back tab to another field (shift+tab), it highlights the whole thing. Is there a way to go to the end of that easily from the homerow keys of the keyboard with shortcuts or such?

If I understood you well, use the "End" key to move the cursor to the end of the word that is highlighted.

sure, though that is not much of a shortcut seeing one must leave the home row or be in possession of an extraordinarily long typing appendage.

You have to go more out of your way to press Shift-tab than you do by pressing the End key with your pinky. Either way, how much of a shortcut do you want other than a one key button to do what you want?

    Try F2, F2 and End, or Ctrl+End.

    Depends on the program too.
