    Hi,
    Really hoping someone can help..
I received this DVD as a gift for Christmas and it won't play on anything. I live in the UK and it is a region 2 DVD which is what it should be. It won't play on my DVD player or my laptop (which is windows 7, new this year)
Its quite a conundrum, anyone have any idea why?
    :(

    Thanks.

sounds like a faulty DVD if it will not run on a DVD player - make sure its clean and no scratches
