Im helping my father troubleshoot his computer. Regardless of the browser, He is unable to browse to google, or bing... browser says its unabel to connect to the server / server not found. He can get to yahoo.com homepage, but gives the same error when trying to perform a search. Every other website i tried works fine.. cleared cache etc etc... I then tried pinging the these sites from the command line and the requests timed out. Anyone have any experience with this? Also, he has an up to date version of Trend Micro Internet Security with latest def. files.
