    Hello:
Since 3 - 4 days ago, there are number of pop-ups, even before an intended web-site opening up to the screen.
Every day, I did numerous times in attempt to get rid of those annoying pop-up, following Google Chrome instruction,
Advanced < Privacy and Security,' ... click Pop-Up to 'Blocked'

However, Pop-Ups still keeps coming up onto every web-sites, eBay, Amazon, even some of Gov. sites.

How to get rid of annoying and persistent Pop-Ups?

Thanks for your help in advance.

It would be helpful if you were to tell what these pop up are?
And what version of Windows you are using?

    Thanks for the suggestion.
All of those pesky, annoying and persistent Pop-Ups disappeared AFTER 'Advanced' <Clean and Reset/Default.' What's a big relief!

Anyone has the same issue, it's not hard to get rid of those Pop-Ups. I still LOVE both I.E. and Google Chrome, because there are pros and cons.

That was probably caused by an extension (adware). A "reset" simply deleted the misbehaving extension.
