HELP!!!!

Calling anyone with computer knowledge or connections to People with Google Drive knowledge.

For about a year we have been using Google Drive at preschool to store and collaborate on children's documentation and give parents access to that documentation, photos etc. ( we don't use Google Photo only Docs, Slides and storage)

Educators use a variety of devices smart phones, IPads and laptops. We have suddenly had a glitch when copying a document or photo to share in more than one folder. When we copy the item it then goes on copying multiple times. If we delete the "gremlin like" copies they will sometimes pop back at a later date or may actually stay deleted.

We have tried all the obvious fixes "turning devices off and on again", restarting devices, uninstalling and reinstalling apps.

As a poor community preschool we do not have a tech support person and don't have a Suite account so we do not qualify for Google support.

Thanks in anticipation...

Have you tried just sharing the files with the appropriate people instead of copying it to them? That may be a better solution for you.

Thanks for answering. that may help with files but I am wondering about doing it for every photo, i think it would take a lot more time. I will look at this option.
Apparently "google drive help" has had a number of similar queries late last week so we think it may be a glitch or a bug.
