    Folks

On my work computer whenever I use google to search for something it retains what I have typed so that when I begin to type initial letters a string of past requests drops down, which is distracting. I know it is there to save me having to retype common requests but.... I'm not that busy and it is a nuisance. Is there anyway I can disable this function?

Look forward to hearing how to do it.

    Pete

I think IE does that. So if your using IE then go to the internet properties, content tab.
Then click the auto-complete button. Your see options there.
That is about all I know because I don't use IE.

Thanks, I'll give it a try tomorrow at work. If it does work I'll be back.
