Windows xp with Google as search engine. Is there anyway that I can remove the alphabeticized list of items that I have searched using Google as my search engine? The list goes on and on and I would like to eliminate the listings of what I search for. Thanks for your help and I hope this is the correct forum for this question.

Internet Explorer? If so, Tools > Internet Options > "Advanced" tab uncheck "Use inline AutoComplete"

Maybe it will help. Worth a shot anyway.

Found solution. Go to tools/internet options./content tab/personal info/ select auto complete/ uncheck "forms box" to keep this info being stored in future. click "ok" to exit.
