Google search returns correct URL but odd ad for page name

If you run a search that is likely to pull up my site, the URL (the second line of the individual result) is correct, but the first line--the title--is for Cialis. It looks like this (search: "Where to stay in Paris"):

CANADIAN DRUGS ONLINE. CIALIS AMAZON
tomsguidetoparis.com/WhereToStay.php

"Where To Stay in Paris" should be the title of the page (and it is, if you click the URL).

How did the title of the page get hijacked, and how do I fix it? It's costing me hundreds of hits per day.

I do NOT get what you are saying that you get.
I am using IE 11 on Windows 10 64 bit Creator
