I now have SP2 on my machine which is a PC 370n Media Center from HP. Anyway, I have had some small problems like the right blues... That is when you right click on a folder to get the menu the machine would lockup. This did not happen all the time just once in a while. I found out that it was due to shell extensions in the folder. One of them were conflicting with SP2 operation (nomally worked in SP1 OK ). So I turned off certain extensions that were not being used and it fixed the problem. Anyway, the problem now is Explorer. I have Google toolbar on it and when I start up it is not there? So I have to go to the "view" drop down and find google toolbar and activate it TWICE to get it to come up. It stays for the duration of your work on explorer. Then when you shutdown the system and startup again you have to go through the same procedure to get it to work again.. would anyone have an idea what might cause that probelm?

    I have a 2.8 gig, 160 Meg harddrive.

Have you tried all that is listed in here:

If so, then one of the ways that Google says it may dissapear, is due to spyware. So, lets see what you have running.

go to http://forum.aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.zip , and download 'Hijack This!'.
Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log somewhere, and please copy & paste its contents to the forum.

It will possibly show other issues deserving our attention, but most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.
Someone here will be happy to help you analyze the results.
