I have received this error while trying to install win2000, I have taken the sound card out after receiving the gm.dls error and took the NIC out after also receiving the same error. What does this error message mean??

    Hi alongcameaspider,
i just Googled it and it looks like a sound card driver. I did a file search on my box and it found it. so.........if it says it can not find the file, can you skip and install later? or does it shut down the install process?
anyway, lots of stuff on google.
    good luck.
