On all other games GPU is working well getting 100+ fps and GPU regesting at about 90% but on r6s it's working at about 40% and 50fps, any ideas about what's going on? Acer predator hellios 300 Windows 10 laptop with i7 cpu and an RTX 2060 16GB RAM.

Nice....but personally I don't understand why people want to spend that much on a laptop that you can't upgrade the hardware on. Sorry about that.

What are the "Other" games you play? It may be down to simply being the RS6 is that demanding and what settings you have it set at. The RTX 2060 is just a entry level GPU.

Witcher 3, gta, overwatch, all on high or ultra, I tried playing rs6 on lower settings but didn't help by any more than about 7 fps, also it was playing at good fps but it's dropped the last couple days whilst all other games were unaffected

There's a few sites that will tell you "if your pc can play this" game. Find a few and run them, it runs in your browser and see what the results tell you.
