I had Grants tool installed in PSE7, the laptop died . I have a new laptop running
Win10, installed PSE7 and want to install Grant's tool. I can't remember what I had to do to incorporate into the effect folder of PSE7.

I think I had to change something in the registry to install Grant's into the PSE7 effect folder.
Does anybody remember how it was done?

Are you asking about Photo Shop Elements 7?
    What is Grants tools?

You need to provide links to the products, so we know what the real question is.
