hi, i just bought an nvidia 8600 gt super graphics card, after installation, my pc refused to boot up, making a regular click as if "cycling". i suspected my power supply was not powerful enough, so replaced it with a thermaltake toughpower 750w psu. same problem. i found that if i remove the graphics card the pc works fine. i then reinstalled card and removed the hauppage nova t 500 tv tuner card, computer works fine! how can i get these 2 cards to work together? btw os is windows vista. appreciate any help, thanks in anticipation.

Try the TV card in a different slot.
Different PCI slots use different resources.
