I plug in my card and hook the monitor to it, but it doesn't come out of standby.....then my PC repeatedly turns off and on by itself. I take out the card and plug the monitor to the default port and no problems what so ever. The card has been tested in another PC and works perfect. The card was in this same PC a few years ago and I never had any problems. The power supply is sufficient and I have checked the settings in the BIOS as well. What is going on with this thing?? (Radeon HD 2600 Pro)
