My Greeting Card Factory program Version 8 has the option of letting me send an electronic greeting card. However, this option doesnot show up under the File menu. It has been dropped. This function was working previously.

I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the program with a replacement disk which I had received from Greetng Factory technical support. But these steps have not worked. I have also attempted to perform a "restore' but the restore points didnot go back enough. My default browser is Internet Explorer 9 and my default email program is Wndows Mail. I have not received any error messages. The other functionalities of the program work fine except for sending an electronic greeting. The "send electronic greeting" menu is missing.

I am using Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit, and AMD athlon 64 Dual Processor with
3 GB RAM.

Note: Greeting Card Factory is installed on two other laptop and it works fine on both.
