    Well, clearly I'm not too experienced with this, but the database I have been building, has like simply this table with basic contact informations, (name, phone, email, z...). I'd wish to extract emails that I have outlined in the query function,in such way, that they are easy to put as email recipients - what ways I might have to achieve this? I'm pretty clueless

    manually copying 400-2000 emails breaks my hand...^^;
