So whenever i reboot my computer and periodically through out while my computer is runnin my GUI Freezes:

I can't click anything that's not on the desktop, my start menu bar is set to roll under the screen when not in use, that will just freeze under, it won't pop up when I roll over it, I can hit the key on the keyboard to open the start menu then click something, nothing happens, it's as if my mouse doesn't exist anymore. Although I can see it on my screen moving. What on earth is going on? I literally can't click anything.

I'm running vista ultimate 64 bit

    Thanks,
    Mike

did you install anything or attempt to modify your theme?
run in safe mode and see if the problem persists

it could be possible that you didn't use a very good tweak. i'd say give system restore a shot
