Something different. Fooling around with an orb.

This is the F-101 Voodoo on display at CYXX. Man I used to love watching them open the airshow.

They were incredible to watch. Lots and lots of noise. Even broke the sound barrier one year.

The Blue Angels are going to be here this year and I haven't seen them in years. Matter of fact it's been so long the
last time I did I wasn't involved with photography. I'm planning on going if all things line up but it's hard to get all cranked
up over it because when you are at the show you are always facing south so the sun is always in your face. Hard to get decent
shots. That's why I rarely go anymore but I'll see. It might still be worth seeing them fly.....

The pier is 1/4 mile long and about half way down a gal was working on a sand drawing.
If you look close you'll see where she's drawn three circles. She did this prior to me arriving
so I asked how she did it. She used a rope stuck in the sand and it worked like a compass.
Then she used the circles as her guide to keep things symmetrical. The long claw she's holding
is what she used to make the drawing. I watched with interest and then continued my walk.
On my way back she was nowhere in sight but her drawing was complete.

    About 1/2 way done....
Nice to have the artist in the frame. It helps in showing it's size.

Completed.... and about two hours before the incoming tide washes it away.........

LF this is some tight security at one of the airports I go to. :sneaky:
I was about 100 yards from the end of the runway. Not one of the smartest
things I've done but sometimes you gotta live dangerously.
