After over a year of their assault from hacking, They have hacked 2 android devices and HP laptop. The phones are gone. I have removed the WiFi card before, they still were able to get close enough to me to use NFC devices of some type, or virtual WiFi. The only solution that I think may have worked was to physically remove the Ram.
Question: Is there a way to determine if they still have access once I reinsert the Ram ?
Understand, they have removed the ability to run actual programs that I install now. So any help needs to be at the system level before logon .
Please, now idle talk or questions, not the place or time. I need solutions.
Thanks.

Hello.

If you have strong evidence to believe that someone got access in your computer, the first thing you have to do is asking for help from the Authorities.

Here, we can check specific logs of the computer and use specific tools to declare if malware is present and if yes, to clean the computer. But we can't guarantee 100% that the computer will be safe for use in the case you have been hacked by anyone. Probably, reinstalling the operating system would be the best for you to do, to ensure that you are making a fresh start.

Having said that, if you want me to check your computer please read here and attach the requested logs.
