Hard disk Free Space

    Look at the pic.

    It says that TOTAL SIZE = 39 GB
    And Free Space = 5 GB
    Which means that the size of all files on C is 34 GB

    But when I select all files including Hidden files, and Right Click> Properties, its size of all files is only 27 GB.

    I did clear recycle bin and disk defragmenter C, but still the same. So why is that?:confused:

    What does it say here

    Click Start>>right click My Computer>>Manage and then on the left-hand side click on Disk management.

    ...and then what?
    still don't know why it says 34 GB while the size of all files is only 27 GB.:(

    Do that include any space take up by System Volume Information directory?

    Only ask you to check there and see what it says but if you don't think that helps then ok.
