Hard Disk Question

    hello guys... can i use a HD bought in the usa in italy cause the voltage is different.... so i dont know...

    If the hard drive is an internal hard drive, Yes, you can use the hard disk drive anywhere in the world. The power is the same for all the internal components except for the case power supply. The case power supply steps the power down to what the component needs. This is just a short description, there is a little more to it, but it is safe to use an internal hard drive in Italy, regardless of where it was purchased.

    If it is an external drive, check the power supply ratings and see if those ratings match the power ratings of Italy. Which is most likely 220V, but I'm not sure there.
