    Hello

I am replacing my hard drive, is thier a way I can transfer the data over to the new drive myself without reinstalling my OS again?

Most new drives from major manufacturers come with an image utility that will allow you to move everything to the new drive.

...and if it doesn't you can generally download such a program from the manufacturers website, ie. www.maxtor.com if your drive is a Maxtor. You can also use a program such as DriveCopy or Norton Ghost.
