I think it needs a blanket - honestly.... If the house is the least chilly the silly thing won't boot. I know this, because if I pack heat things around the case for awhile it will eventually boot. Or wait til afternoon after the house warms up from the sun.

It's getting cold again and I'm going to have to put my old hard drive back in or get a new one.

Has anyone else run into this? It's an IDE drive - can't remember but I think it's Seagate.

Any suggestions? My old drive is small, but not temp sensitive.
