Hardware changes might not have been detected

    I have problems with my usb ports not recognizing hardware. and my dvd drive misreading dvds.Windows trouble shooters says hardware changes might have been detected. My laptop is an HP2000 350US with windows 7

    To help us help you,please use the TSG System Info tool to let Tech's know the specs of your computer: http://static.techguy.org/download/SysInfo.exe Copy and paste the results here in your thread. You can use the TSG Info to fill in your computer information in your user profile as well.

    How long ago did this take place? Have you tried doing a System Restore to a date/time before this acted up?
