...why this Random forum has so many threads that are 4 pages or longer?I skulk around the UNIX/Linux forum 98% of the time, but whenever I lurk here it seems the subjects never change;just the number of replies increase.Out of 30 threads on the index page,20 have at least 4 pages of replies.Anyone care to comment?:)
Or is there a multi-paged thread to explain this subject too?:D

    Random is a FUN PLACE!

It's hard to believe that "Fun Game" is 15 months old and has grown so large.

eh, well I never thought entertainment would get past that day :)

specially since me & Moonie were not getting along that day..

If you start reading from the beginning... the thread has real issues :)

You are correct they tend to cling onto thier threads moreso than other communities. Sometimes the "old timers" will try to chastise others for not continuing a thread. We've had discussions about this b4. My take is always the same: Kinda like a conversation at a bar that you missed. If you wanted to talk about the same thing would you make everyone repeat what happened b4 you came in? No Same thing here you shouldn't be obligated to read 1300 posts if you want to talk about the football game. Thus a duplicate subject would be necessary.

So bottom line if I feel like telling a joke I am more than likely NOT going to post it in the JOKE thread but rather start a new thread. BUt hey that's just me.

And oh yeah ash seems like a long time ago when you started the Entertainment thread. Do you remember the beach and corona? :D LOL
