Just doing a full wipe of my system and was setting up raid, when I noticed in my boot devices ip4 and ip6 were in the boot options list. I scanned around the priorities and found uefi boot drive priorities also has ip4 and 6 set as 1st and 2nd.
Im fairly confident I should be disabling these but what should be enabled and has my system been booting from a DHCP server?

We don't know what motherboard you have. Please give brand name and model number.

And then, we don't know from the screen shot what "ipv4 realte...." means in that abbreviated form. We have to look up the manual. You could do that too, if you haven't lost the motherboard manual.

Have you been booting to Windows? Or have you been booting to a server that reinstalls Windows every time you boot? I'm guessing Windows, so this isn't a security problem.
