I'm helping a printer friend get his printer running so he can do jobs from home again. Someone tried installing Illustrator on his xp machine and when it did not work uninstalled it along with HASP device driver.

Now when we open Signblazer 5.5 software, it reports that "HASP Device Driver not installed (-100)".
The USB dongle is attached to the pc and Windows xp detects HASP4 USB 1.33.
It is also asking for a driver for Safenet Inc. Key driver.

The text on the side of the dongle itself reads HASP-4-MI-USB MXZXQ 110903

Can someone give the the exact driver that will run on Windows XP and the steps to getting it to work.

Thank you

http://www3.safenet-inc.com/support/hasp/hasp4/driverapi.aspx

Scroll down and you will see the one for Driver files for Win XP, Win2000 and one for Driver files for WinXP64

You should be able to unzip the files to a folder on your computer, then do into the device manager and scan for changes if you do not see a unknown device.
If you see an unknown device double click it and select update driver, Follow the steps from there.
