Recently when I open a webpage I get a message box that says this:" Microsoft Internet Explorer- your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page. As a result, the page may not display correctly." Usually I just click "ok" and the page always looks fine to me. But it always comes up now. What should I do to correct this problem? Thanks alot.

Your security settings are high which isn't a bad thing. by doing so you are adding an extra layer of protection against active x programs getting automatically installed or executed onto your system. I would leave be as you will run into pages like that from time to time.

I used frank's to "clean" my old files and ended up stuck in safe mode without being able to get online for 2 days. It turns out that in step #5 of "take out the trash" you shouldn't (or I shouldn't) delete the *.001, *.002 etc. files- NAV uses some of them.
