I think I have a virus and now I can't do anything. I can't boot the computer at all. Not normally, or in any safe mode or last known good configuration. I get BSOD every time.

And I can't reinstall because the boot sequence does not recognize the CD/ROM drive. Last time I reinstalled I was sure NOT to put an admin password in. But it say setup is locked and needs a password.

I have a Dell running Windows XP

    Any help is appreciated.
