    Hi
I recently purchased a packard Bell imedia X4570uk unit from P.C. World.
It has that model number on the box and on the side label, but when I look in the "System" folder on the P.C. it says my model is an S3720. It also says I have an S3720 in the Norton 360 harware profile.
    So have I got a Z4570uk or an S3720?
    Thanks
    Gordon.

Go here and put the Serial # in or Part # in the space....BTW those numbers don't work...the serial # should be on the back of the PC

    Hi Megabite
I did try that and got no response from inputing serial number or model number. I did find the X45200 eventually.
Spoke to my supplier P.C. World and they say it is not unusual for the system to show a basic model number but the build to have a different number.
Guess I will have to trust them.
The actual specs shown do seem to comply with the specs on the p.Bell web site.
    Thanks for the help.
