My computer is a Compaq Presario and has Windows XP. I was on my computer and was going to log on to the internet. When I went to network connections, it had the name of my ISP as well as two LANs being listed as LAN 1 and LAN 2. The problem is that my computer is not connected to a LAN but to my modem and the computer is at my house not at my job. I tried taking LAN 1 and LAN 2 from the network connections list but I can't do it. I also tried disabling LAN 2 but it won't let me. When I move the mouse over LAN 2 I get a yellow box saying that Microsoft TV or something like that is installed. I don't have anything like that. I've run all Spyware programs and ad-aware and even used the system restore but nothing is happening.
