Okay, so my computer was having quite a lot of issues, random crashes and bugs, so I did something that has worked for me in the past, and reformatted. However, I quickly ran into problems.

-Originally, while 'copying' the files needed for installation, I couldn't get past 39%. Everytime it would get there, it would immedietly crash. My friend suggested that my cd might be damaged, so I was going to borrow his, but a day later I tried installing again and it finally went through.

-However, now my actual installation is having several issues I can't get past. It starts installing, and when it gets to 'Installing Devices' it oftentimes freezes. About 1 out of 3 times, it makes it past installing drivers, and I enter my name, organization, the name of the computer, and a few other details, then it proceeds to 'Install Network' And it always fails on install network. I have tried 15+ times. I have tried cleaning the disk but it did not help.

Is there any reason my computer is doing this, or any solution? I don't have the money for technical assistance with it for weeks.
