    Hi all!

I am having some issues with slow loading web sites on my new built PC.

It is not all websites, only certain ones. AOL is one of the problem sites. The main page loads fine but when I click on the"mail" icon (top right) to check my mail it hangs for approximately 26 seconds (sometimes longer). I usually have to keep clicking the "mail" icon about 4 (or more) times to even get the browser to look like it is doing anything and to finally go into mail. I click "mail" and the browser looks like the browser is loading (circle is moving on the IE tab) but nothing happens. Once I finally get into "Aol mail" I try to click on "new mail" (on the left) it again hangs for a while. This does NOT happen on all sites but it does happen on multiple sites other than AOL. The same issue happens when I go to check out an order at Walmart.com (it hangs and sometimes does not work at all). So I can not complete a purchase on there.
Also, on this site (techguy.org) if I try to change the font I see the scroll bar to scroll down futher to see aditional fonts but it is greyed out and I can not move down to see the additional fonts. The "impact" font is the lowest font I can see and it is cut off halfway.

I have tried other browsers (Firefox, chrome etc)and it is the same thing. I have disabled all add on's (there wasn't that much to begin with) and it is the same thing. All anti-virus and anti-maleware scans come up negative (except some tracking cookies sometimes). I haven't had the computer really running long enough for spy/adware/virus to be an issue anyway.

I have a fast machine and I have never had this problem with my slower machines. I recently installed Win 7 and have all the drivers and windows updates installed. This issues has been occurring eversince I first booted up my machine until now.

    Here are my system specs:

    Processor: Intel Core i7-3770K @ 3.5Ghz

    Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V Pro

    Ram: 16GB G.Skill Ripjaws series

    Video Card: Asus ENGTX560

Hard Drive: Intel 520 Series Cherryville 240GB

I can not figure out what it is after a lot of troubleshooting. I really don't want to have to re-install Windows as I already installed the programs I wanted. I wonder if it is a scripting or .framework issue???

    Please help!
