I have two nearly identical ASUS laptops. We have used both to watch movies on our tv via HDMI. The above computer worked for a few months with the HDMI cable and then stopped working. We have multiple TVs and more than one HDMI cable. Everything is functional except this ASUS (that used to work). Is there an easy fix (change a setting?), is it possible that the port needs replacing (is that possible to do?) Thank you!
