Headphone/Speaker jack malfunctioning + 3 Viruses + hijack this log

    Hello there, I am not sure if my speaker/headphone jack (hardware input) device isn't working (albeit my default laptop built in speakers work), because of viruses and the overall system performance being affected by viruses, but hear me out... Firstly, here are the three viruses my AVG virus scan detected today, while it searched through hundreds of thousands of files:

    1) Trojan horse Generic_c.QZU
    2) Trojan horse Generic10.ALHO
    3) Trojan horse PSW.Generic6.AQPD
