Hi Guys, i've just updating my BIOS and when it goes to 49%, my computer suddenly... HANGS! now when i boot my pc, my monitor just goes BLACK... forever. what can i do?!!! how to fix BIOS?!!?!
...... I know now, that any interruption during flashing the BIOS would cause fatal error and it must be replaced.... ....and there's no way to fix damaged BIOS...
Your motherboard may or may not be fried. Without knowing what your mobo is, it's almost impossible to help you. Did you flash from within Windows or did you use a dos environment?
You may be able to flash back to the former bios and or reflash to the newer; again, we need more info.
On the assumption this is not solved, I'll removed the "solved".
How about a make/model of the MB, and the version of BIOS you're trying to load. It would be nice to know what version was running in the machine, but it may be too late for that.
