I'm about to build a computer and I plan on ordering the parts for it on Christmas Day or the day after. The hard drive and the combo drive are both OEM. Are there any additional cables that I will need to get when I buy these 2 items? Or does it come with the necessary cables?

Newegg should say what they come with...but as a general rule, OEM drives won't come with cables or rails, should you need those.

Could those cable possibly come with my motherboard? Here is my mobo and the two drives I plan on getting. Can you tell what I need by looking at these? I have never built a pc before and I don't want to order all the parts and have to order cables after all the parts come.

The moterboard comes with the necessary data cables. However you need to make sure your power supply has the power cables for Sata drives. If you are using a new quality brand Power Supply it should have the connectors you need.
