You've got more weird, unneeded, harmful, and downright nasty stuff starting up, including possibly another trojan: CB64EE80.hta

First go into the options of System Works/Utilities, and uncheck 'start Norton System Doctor and Norton NProtect as Windows starts'.

They just eat resources.

Now go to Start/Run, type Msconfig, and uncheck EVERYTHING at the startup tab except fr the following:

NAV DefAlert
Norton Auto-Protect
Norton eMail Protect

Click OK, close Msconfig, and reboot (important!)

Now download a trial version of The Cleaner , update with MooLive after D/L, and scan your drives.

Also have your system doublechecked at Trend Micro HouseCall

Good luck,
