    Well, I would run through my virus checker if I were you. For example, you have a listing on the HiJackThis log as:

    C:\WINDOWS\RunDLL.exe

    If I am not mistaken, this could be tied to a virus. YES, rundll.exe is a Windows system File, but usually it is not listed as a program specifically loaded from the Startup Files. I would definitely recommend running through a virus checker.

    Next, here are some entries that don't need to be there:

    C:\WINDOWS\LOADQM.EXE (Apple QuickTime Manager -- I think, or Quicken)
    C:\PROGRAM FILES\AMERICA ONLINE 7.0\WAOL.EXE (Are you using AOL?)
    C:\PROGRAM FILES\CALLWAVE\IAM.EXE (Mysterious dialer -- BEWARE)

    Download and run through the standard (my suggestion) of "SpyBot Search and Destroy" and then clear out the startup. Follow the guidelines on this link:
